Income Documents: W-2s, 1099s, and any other income statements.
Expense Documentation: Receipts for any deductible expenses, such as charitable donations or business expenses.
Dependent Information: Social Security numbers and birth dates for all dependents.
Health Insurance Information: Forms 1095-A, B, or C if applicable.
Step 2: Sign the Disclaimer and Consent Form
After submitting the form and documents, you’ll sign our liability disclaimer.
Consent to the filing process: choose between a standard 2-3 day filing or our expedited same-day service.
Agree to receive phone calls and text messages from our team for efficient communication.
Step 3: Consultation Call with a Preparer
One of our tax preparers will call you within the chosen timeframe.
Please set aside about 30 minutes for this call to discuss the details of your return and clarify any additional information needed.
During the call, you’ll receive an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for when your filing will be completed.
Step 4: Review Your Tax Estimate
After our initial review, we will send you a detailed estimate.
This estimate will include your expected Federal and State return or owed amounts, preparation fees, any applicable advance fees, and your refund amounts.
Review and confirm these details before we submit your tax return to the IRS.
Step 5: Receive Your Final Documents and Refund
Once filed, you will receive all final documents via email.
If you opted for an advance, funds will be direct deposited within one business day.
